Last week when we were celebrating the end of our Keto diet, we went all out with ribeyes from our favorite local butcher, Kevin and Amy at the Blair Meat Market. I picked it up fresh and JD used Tim Ferriss's 4 Hour Chef recipe ("Sexy-time Steak"...because steak this good really is sexy) accompanied by Keto mash, gremolata, and malbec on The Mister's freshly-built table. Cue: Mmmmmmmmmm.
